Scribner LLC is a New Mexico-based woman-owned small GB-98 construction business, founded in 1998. We specialize in all phases of commercial new construction, renovation and demolition. Licensed, bonded, and insured. We are proactive but compliant in our work with architects in design, build and consulting. We have proven past performance of bringing projects in under architect estimates. Our sub-contractors are proven, bonded, and some are 8(a) and American Indian owned. We have long-standing contracts for all equipment necessary for all construction phases. Past projects include: two-story office interior and exterior renovation; remodeled eight floor pre-cast office complex building with concrete ADA ramps; remodeled country-club kitchens, ballrooms and exterior; converted old church into offices; added eight metal buildings and re-roofed and insulated 120,000 sq.ft; parking area paving and overlays.
