ThermApparel’s cooling packs maintain a comfortable temperature near 70°F/21°C and deliver 2–4 hours of cooling without melting ice, moisture against the skin, or external power. Packs are safe for direct skin contact, do not cause ice burns or condensation, and can be recharged quickly using ice water, a refrigerator, or a freezer. Our solutions are used by patients, veterans, industrial and outdoor staff, and emergency responders, and are designed and manufactured in the United States in partnership with an ISO‑certified contract sewing facility in Rochester, NY.
