I do a comprehensive financial plan, personalized to meet their needs, whether it be a single person, a couple, or a business. After that has been completed I prepare a Portfolio Binder with the details of their investments and the plan for them , showing the income, expenses with inflation, and investment order, taxes, Social Security benefits, and everything pertaining to their retirement. We will implement the plan and continue to work with them in reviews to be sure they are on track. I also will review tax savings where possible. Explain an IRA Roth Conversion if it would be advantageous for them and their legacy. I also work with younger folks to prepare for retirement and help them to build a savings for retirement. Life Insurance is another avenue I work in as well. I also show folks how to utilize annuities to create income for life in retirement and starting investing in annuities to build a higher income for retirement without the risk.
