LEAD Training's primary services include customized training needs analysis; instructor-led, online, and blended course development; and existing course revision/maintenance. Key personnel at LEAD Training are seasoned Instructional Systems Designers (ISDs) developing full-scale courseware using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluate) model and Systems Approach to Training (SAT).
