Our patient-centered services are grounded in the Lifestyle Medicine model and delivered through evidence-based, interdisciplinary health programs. We strive to provide personalized care to our patients and strive for precision in our care plans through rigorous documentation of screenings, body composition, and cardiometabolic health. We contribute to scientific discovery by supporting innovation networks and sponsoring educational activities that foster self-management and prevention. We foster spaces where diverse stakeholders unite as communities committed to equity, while also engaging additional Educational Support Services, including research mentorship, navigation and guidance for parents interested in homeschooling, and capacity building health professionals in our community of practice.

Specialty Training Group Inc. is a family company founded in 2000. We have been providing specialized Health and Safety training for 23 years for the educational benefit of all emergency responders in Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic and Latin America. We are the exclusive Texas A & M University Center in PR. We are the exclusive MSA maintenance center in PR and we carry out maintenance around the entire Island. We also have the MSA and FireAde lines for sales. We provide Firefighters, Rescuers and Paramedics services for various jobs and/or activities throughout the island. It provides a pleasant environment for the comfort of our guests; This being the only Institute for Emergency Responders in PR and the Caribbean with all training and services in Occupational Health and Safety. Our main objective is to provide you with quality service with the most innovative equipment on the market together with our group of professional experts.
