New Direction Counseling and Consulting is an EDWOSB & WOSB that provides mental health services through education, training, coaching and consulting services. Services are provided by Licensed Professional Counselors to lead evidence based, interactive collective and training for leadership and multileveled professionals to regulate their emotional response and improve their emotional wellbeing. We identify risk and additional factors that may cause resistance for mental health support. We encourage corporate development with facilitation of various mental health wellness trainings to increase the employee’s quality of life, as well as their motivation, commitment to the company, and performance in their tasks. We assist in targeting the risk factors and provide the necessary support to all stakeholders for the greater good of mankind.
