I primarily draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and mindfulness practices. I am familiar with DBT ( foundational training certified), REBT, and other modalities. My goal is to provide compassionate and personalized care, fostering personal growth and healing for each client.
